So you want to use Drupal, but lack developers -- just hire a contractor, right? Maybe look for a small business -- but then how do we pick from the many (many!) quotes that come in?
We'll talk about choice of contracting vehicle, the RFI, RFQ and selection process. Then we'll open-up the conversation to vendors in the audience, to ask how they think we should choose between them.
Who are we and why should you care what we think?
